Privacy Policy

CreatorsImpulse ("https://creatorsimpulse.com") is an AI-powered toolkit for content creators. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to CreatorsImpulse.

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Usage data. Anonymised page views, feature interactions, and error reports via standard server logs. No personally identifiable information is stored in logs beyond your IP address, which is retained for up to 30 days for security purposes.
• Content you enter. Topic inputs, channel handles, and other text you type into our tools are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic) to generate responses. We do not store this content on our servers after the response is returned.
• Cookies. We use a single HttpOnly session cookie to remember your access status. No tracking or advertising cookies are set by us directly. Third-party services (see Section 4) may set their own cookies.

• To operate and improve the CreatorsImpulse tools.
• To detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

CreatorsImpulse uses the following third-party services that may process data independently:

• Anthropic (Claude AI). Your text inputs are sent to Anthropic's API to generate AI responses. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
• Google AdSense. We display ads served by Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to serve personalised ads based on your browsing activity. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google Ad Settings.
• YouTube Data API. Our channel audit feature may access publicly available YouTube channel data via the YouTube Data API v3, subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

We do not maintain a database of user-submitted content. Server logs are purged after 30 days. Session cookies expire when you close your browser or after 7 days, whichever comes first.

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@creatorsimpulse.com.

CreatorsImpulse is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
