You retain all rights to content you submit as input. CreatorsImpulse retains all rights to the service itself, including its design, code, and branding.

The service integrates with third-party APIs including Anthropic (AI), YouTube Data API, and Google AdSense. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behaviour.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorsImpulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months (if any).
